Due to the recent events surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Johnson H2O Equipment will continue to provide sales and service for your water system needs.  At this time we will implement the following office and jobsite protocol.  This may change as more information or suggestions become available from Centers for Disease Control (CDC), OSHA and state or local agencies.  The health and safety of our employees and customers is our main focus as well as the quality work we have provided since 1967.

All representatives of Johnson H2O have been made aware of the general practices guidelines to frequently wash hands with soap and water when available.  Use hand sanitizer when available. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.  Practice social distancing.  Notify Johnson H2O Management of any symptoms relating to COVID-19 and or cold and flu symptoms

When scheduling appointments, please advise us if you or a family member have traveled within the last 14 days or, any mandatory or self-imposed quarantine and/or experiencing flu-like symptoms.  Scheduling services in these instances may require additional health and safety measures.  We will continue to be professional in our services and acknowledge we are guests of your property.

Business/Office/Showroom Hours of Operation

Although our office remains open for retail sales, we encourage you to call your orders in and we will provide curbside pick-up or loading to your vehicle.  Any suggestions to help you are always appreciated.

Office/Retail Sales Hours                  9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday

On-Site Services                                 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday

We will be suspending 24 Hour Service until further notice
